My dad&rsquo;s birthday meal for 6.the staff were great especially Lee.10 out of 10

Visited the Spyglass for my birthday meal.  Our server, Terry, was just the right person for the job. Very friendly willing to have a joke and very pleasant.  We arrived at 18.00 and all was well, then at 18.30 a party of 16 arrived and from then on service was slowed dramatically.  Terry was also had a lot of tables of 4 or 6 to serve.  He did his very best but he was obviously slowed by this big party, so our meal took longer than it should have.  He was very proffessional and just dealt with everyone methodically and calmly.  Full marks to him for a great job.

參觀了Spyglass參加我的生日晚餐。我們的服務器Terry只是適合這份工作的人。非常友好,願意開一個玩笑,非常愉快。我們到18.00,一切都很好,然後在18.30,16人的一行到了,從那時開始服務速度大幅放緩,特里也有很多4或6的桌子可以服務。他盡了最大的努力,但他顯然被這個大聚會放慢了速度,所以我們的飯菜花費的時間比應該的要長。他非常專業,只是有條不紊地冷靜地對待每個人。爲他做得很好,給他滿分。

Food was good. Service was exceptional. The girl taking care of us was lovely and very efficient. Food was delivered quickly and hot. The salad bar is always great.

食物很好。服務非常出色。照顧我們的女孩很可愛,非常高效。食物很快又熱。沙拉吧總是很棒。

Food was excellent, service was a tad slow and the staff could have been cheerier but myself and family was pleasantly surprised how nice the food actually was.

This was our first visit for a long time.Size of my half chicken was so small it must had been a week old.Chips were reheated and stale, corn on the cob been boiled all day just pulp salad cart was fine it saved the day, Under staffing issues failed to top up items which needed replenishing.

這是我們第一次訪問了很長時間。我的半雞的大小太小了,一定是一個星期了。薯條重新加熱和陳舊,玉米棒上的玉米整天都煮了,只是紙漿沙拉車很好,它節省了一天,在人員配置問題上,沒有補充需要補充的物品。
